Tasks

- Data collection and maintenance for clients
- Support in ongoing customer service
- Prior and post-processing of appointments
- Support in marketing and sales measures (e.g. appointment scheduling)

- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable and structured work approach
- Good German language skills in writing and speaking
- Basic knowledge of digital applications is advantageous
