Tasks

This is what awaits you:

• You will take over 1st-level support and partly also support in 2nd-level support to relieve colleagues quickly and reliably from technical questions and challenges.
• The setup, restoration, and maintenance of workstation installations are part of your daily routine.
• You will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and readiness of our existing hardware and keep an overview of our company's technical values.
• You will analyze technical problems structuredly, find practical solutions, and contribute to resolving issues as quickly as possible.
• You ensure with your service-oriented and communicative approach that our employees in support feel well taken care of.

Qualification

This profile convinces:

• You have completed a degree in computer science (m/w/d) for system integration or acquired deep practical experience as a lateral entrant:in in comparable IT environments.
• You are familiar with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially with Windows and Microsoft 365, and can support users competently.
• You have a high affinity to IT and technical topics, know common computer components, and know how they are used in everyday work.
• Your working style is reliable, structured, and meticulous – even when tasks recur or multiple topics need to be processed simultaneously.
• You convince with service orientation, willingness to learn, and enthusiasm for technology and communication; ideally supplemented by experience with ticket systems, knowledge of the ISO/IEC 27001 environment, very good German language skills, English language skills (at least B1 level), and a driver's license.
