IT-Servicepoint Employee (m/w/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated IT-Servicepoint employee (m/w/d) as of June 1st, 2026, who enjoys direct user contact and lives IT not just theoretically, but also service-oriented. You will work full-time (40 hours/week) with fixed working hours.

Tasks

General support for IT hardware and software (Lenovo, HP, and Apple)
Personal consulting and care of users in the service point
Issuance, return, and management of IT equipment and accessories
Conducting health checks as well as AD account management
Interface between users and subsequent IT processes
Documented and maintenance of asset data in the customer system

Qualification

Experience in IT support / IT service point / IT service desk
In-depth knowledge of current IT hardware (laptops, smartphones, tablets)
Very good knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office 365, Active Directory, SCCM, MDM
Outstanding service and customer orientation
Ordinary appearance in provided work attire
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and independent working style
Fluent German language skills in writing and speaking, as well as fluent English language skills (an advantage)
