IT Service Desk / UHD Employee (m/w/d)

Our expanded IT service desk/user helpdesk is primarily available to end-users, but also to IT professionals of our numerous small and medium-sized enterprise customers.

This broad and diverse range of tasks makes working in our IT service desk/user helpdesk a challenging yet exciting task.

The tasks can be performed nationwide in Germany from home office.

Tasks

• You analyze and classify incoming IT disruptions from the hardware and software sectors (ticket system/telephone)
• Self-contained acceptance and processing of support and service requests
• You develop solutions for users or forward problem cases to a specialist department according to ITIL process definition
• Capture and documentation of disturbances in the ticket system
• Coordination and documentation of measures to be taken and implemented
• Participation in shift work (home office possible)

Qualification

• Completed training as a computer scientist (m/w/d) or comparable training or professional experience in the user help desk
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems (Win7/Win8/Win10)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Fundamental hardware knowledge (PC, notebook, printer, monitor,...) desirable
• ITIL knowledge advantageous
• Pleasant demeanor
• Very high customer orientation and a developed communication ability as well as team ability
• Fluent German and good English skills in writing and speaking
• Team player with the willingness to work in shift work
