Employee (m/f/d) in Customer Service, Internal Service

• Planning, coordination, and scheduling of customer service assignments for our service technicians
• Telephone reception and processing of customer inquiries, service orders, and complaints
• Creation, processing, and maintenance of service offers and maintenance contracts
• Communication with customers, technicians, and internal departments
• Documentation and follow-up of orders in the system

• Completed commercial or technical training
• Several years of experience with ERP systems (e.g., proALPHA, SAP, Navision, etc.)
• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage (e.g., Sunrise)
• Technical understanding
• Customer orientation and strong communication skills, organizational talent, reliable and structured way of working
