Your Tasks in Customer Service

• You will process incoming customer inquiries via email and phone and act as a competent point of contact for our customers.

• You will support and advise our existing customers and take care of their concerns.

• You will conduct investigations with our shipping partners and process damage claims and complaints.

• You will consistently follow up on open cases until final resolution.

• You will independently find solutions for customer problems and ensure professional handling.

• You will coordinate with internal departments and external shipping partners to resolve customer concerns quickly and reliably.

• You will document customer inquiries and service cases in a comprehensible manner.

• You will support us in the establishment, structuring, and continuous improvement of our customer service processes.

What You Bring

• You enjoy interacting with people and have a strong customer and service orientation.

• You communicate in a friendly, confident, and professional manner – both by phone and in writing.

• You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.

• You have good English skills to be able to handle international inquiries as well.

• You work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably.

• You are solution-oriented, proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility.

• You are proficient in using a PC and digital systems.

• You can keep track of multiple parallel processes.

• First experience in customer service or logistics is an advantage, but not a requirement. Motivated career changers are also welcome!
