Tasks

• Preparation of simplified valuations for predominantly residential properties within the small loan limit
• Completion and preparation of the necessary documents for the property valuation (appraisal)

Qualification

• Banking clerk or equivalent commercial training
• You have an affinity for real estate
• You already have experience and knowledge in credit transactions
• You have a well-developed analytical and conceptual thinking ability
• You are a responsible person with high engagement and initiative
