Marketing Employee (m/w/d) - Focus on Digital Media & AI

ScanHaus Marlow is one of the leading prefabricated house manufacturers in Germany and stands for quality, sustainability, and innovation in the construction industry. To strengthen our marketing team, we are looking for a motivated marketing manager (m/w/d) with a keen sense for digital trends, creativity, and technical affinity – particularly in the field of new media and artificial intelligence.

Tasks

• Co-creation and implementation of creative marketing concepts as well as target-group-oriented communication strategies
• Support in personnel marketing: development and implementation of creative employer branding measures
• Creation of content in text, graphic, and video form for various digital channels (website, social media, newsletter, etc.)
• Use and further development of AI-supported tools for content production, analysis, and campaign optimization
• Design of marketing materials with Canva and the Adobe Creative Cloud
• Ongoing trend, competitor, and market observation as well as identification of innovations in the digital environment
• Participation in the further development of digital brand communication and future channels

Qualification

• Completed education in the field of communications/media management, marketing, or a comparable qualification
• Alternatively: Career changers (m/w/d) with demonstrable experience in the mentioned fields are also very welcome
• Fundamental knowledge of working with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), and modern AI tools
• Experience in content creation, online marketing, and ideally in the recruitment field
• High self-motivation, creativity, and a structured work style; sense for trends, design, and digital communication
