As Employee (m/w/d) for our Application Service, you're one of the first points of contact for our customers and ensure that their concerns are structured and directed in the right direction. You listen carefully, ask the right questions, and use our guidelines to qualify inquiries and document them neatly. This way, you support our team in enabling quick solutions.

Tasks

  • Solution Finding: Together with your team, you'll learn to be the first point of contact for incoming customer inquiries. You take phone calls, recognize basic concerns, and support in identifying possible solution paths.
  • First Level Support: You support in telephone-based First Level Support and help provide general application questions structured and initial assistance.
  • Prior Classification: Based on our telephone guidelines, you'll learn to classify inquiries and distinguish whether it's a qualified inquiry or requires further referral.
  • Collaboration: When there is high inquiry volume, you support in qualifying incoming conversations, so that concerns can be efficiently forwarded to the relevant departments.
  • Cooperation: You work closely with our Application Consulting team and contribute to transparent documentation of customer concerns and smooth further processing.

Qualification

  • Experience: Professional experience in telephone customer contact, service, or internal support, or a comparable qualification in a related field.
  • Nice to Have: First experience with ticket systems, CRM systems, and accounting knowledge are helpful but not required – we'll bring you our processes and systems step by step.
  • Personality: Reliable, communicative, engaged, and structured work approach.
  • Education: Completed vocational training with a focus on office communication or a comparable qualification in a related field.
  • Languages: Verbal German skills.
