Employee (m/w/d) for Customer Service and Organisation

We're not just looking for someone to answer phones or respond to emails. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, free up our sales team and ensure our office runs smoothly every day.

We are Seide Versicherungen GmbH – almost 100 years a reliable partner in Hannover and surrounding areas for private individuals, freelancers and medium-sized companies. With our new location in the heart of Uetze, we're creating a modern working environment and looking for people who want to take responsibility and grow with us.

Tasks

No day is like the other – that's what makes the job.

You'll be the first point of contact for our customers – personally, by phone and via email.

You'll process incoming requests or ensure they reach the right person.

You'll support processing insurance contracts and claims.

You'll organize appointments and free up our sales team.

You'll maintain customer data and take care of correspondence with customers and insurance companies.

You'll bring structure to office routine and support projects and actions.

You'll think along, bring in your own ideas and help make our processes a little better every day.

Qualification

We're more interested in who you are than what's on your CV. So you're a good fit for us if:

You enjoy working with people,

You're friendly, reliable and organized,

You work independently and take responsibility,

You have fun finding solutions and getting involved,

You're comfortable using a computer.

Experience in an office or insurance industry is beneficial but not a requirement. Motivated newcomers are also welcome at our company.
