Tasks

Who we are looking for:

For our office in Stuttgart, we are looking for support for our IT team in part-time (min. 60%) on-site.

What your tasks are:

You will work closely with management, which is strategically responsible for IT matters, and with our internal and external IT system administrator. Together, you will ensure a stable, secure, and modern IT environment.

• First-level support (on-site user support and also by phone)
• Support of operating systems (Microsoft, iOS, Android)
• Support of communication tools (Teams, telephone/mobile phone etc.)
• Handling of architecture-specific programs and applications (e.g., CAD, Rhino, Vectorworks, AutoDesk, Adobe etc.)
• Organization, administration, and maintenance of hardware
• Maintenance of technology in six meeting rooms
• Coordination and collaboration with our internal and external IT system administrator (server and network infrastructure)
• Ensuring data backup, recovery, and IT documentation
• Participation in the further development of our IT security and data protection policies
• Monitoring of updates, antivirus protection, and user rights
• Training and support of employees on IT topics

Qualification

What we wish for:

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector, e.g., IT specialist for system integration, IT system electronics technician, or comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems, as well as Microsoft 365
• Knowledge in the administration of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID
• Ideally, current Microsoft certifications, e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate (MS-700), or comparable Microsoft certifications
• Knowledge of Active Directory, group policies, user and permission management
• Practical experience in the administration and error analysis of Windows workstation systems
• Knowledge in the area of the iOS operating system is desirable
• Independent and self-responsible way of working, reliability, and analytical thinking
• Good German and English language skills, both spoken and written
• Team spirit and strong communication skills, even in stressful situations
