With the largest paint shop in Europe, we offer our customers comprehensive services in cathodic electroplating (KTL) and powder coating for commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, automotive parts, and mechanical engineering components.

Tasks

The following tasks await you:

• Preparation and maintenance of quality-relevant documentation
  (e.g. work certificates, 8D reports, test and measurement protocols, first sample documents)
• Monitoring and ensuring process flows
• Checking new orders for feasibility according to quality requirements
• Monitoring the compliance of customer-specific quality requirements
• Analyzing error causes and maintaining and evaluating error lists
• Recognizing, evaluating, and incorporating potential for improvement
• Conducting training sessions and briefings for employees
• Preparing and updating work and packaging instructions
• If necessary, participating in customer visits to clarify quality-relevant topics
• Processing and tracking complaints

Qualification

We expect from you:

• A completed vocational training in the technical field
  (a further education to a master, technician, etc. is desirable)
• Ideal knowledge in the area of KTL- and/or powder coating
• Fundamental knowledge of quality management according to ISO 9001:2015
• Good computer skills (MS Office, ideally experience with ERP systems)
• Good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Self-motivated and structured working style
• Excellent communication skills and goal-oriented approach
• Determination, flexibility, and excellent team spirit
