You will support our group's corporate customers from now on in our sales department as an employee (m/w/d) corporate customer business.

The position is to be filled part-time indefinitely.

Aufgaben

In this role, you will take on versatile tasks in project management and support the team in various areas:

Project Management Office (PMO):

• Time management of the project in coordination with DSGV committees and FI
• Coordination of interfaces and re-submission management within the LEP
• Organization of rollouts as well as document storage
• Supporting the project leadership in setting up the project infrastructure, project marketing, and internal and external communication
• Representative conduct of project events

Market Analysis & Evaluation:

• Analyze current market developments
• Joint evaluation with the responsible subject matter experts

General Support:

• Presentation preparation and design on professional topics
• Support for subject matter experts in their daily work

Qualification

You bring a structured and solution-oriented working approach with you and possess the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Experience in project management
• Safe handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Technical understanding and ability to optimize workflows
