Employee (m/w/d) Data Monitoring and Process Optimization

Werksoft GmbH is looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) for data monitoring and process optimization in Berlin. In this role, you are responsible for analyzing and optimizing processes to increase efficiency and quality. Tasks

In this position, you will be primarily involved in optimizing our production processes. Your main tasks include:

• Analyzing existing production processes and identifying potential for improvement.
• Developing and implementing efficient process solutions taking into account quality and safety standards.
• Monitoring process performance and conducting data analyses to continuously optimize.
• Collaboration with the Production, Quality Assurance, and Technology departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Creating documentation, work instructions, and reports as part of process management.
• Accompanying projects for introducing new technologies or equipment.
• Training and supporting colleagues in new processes and procedures.

Qualification

• Minimum age: 18 years.
• Fundamental knowledge of computer use and internet.
• Excellent analytical skills and a structured work approach.
• Good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Teamwork, communication strength, and a solution-oriented mindset.
