Content Research & Creation (m/w/d) - Part-time (20 hours/week)

We simplify daily collaboration, organization, and personnel planning for companies in Germany (DACH) with 5–300 employees using our team software. Already over 50,000 employees use our software – and new customers are joining every day.

To continue growing, we're looking for an experienced Content Research & Creation (m/w/d) part-time employee (approximately 20 hours per week), who will help us make knowledge from many sources usable and develop structured content for marketing and existing customers.

• 📍Workplace: Our team currently consists of 10 people and mainly works in the Homeoffice. For coordination and joint work on contents, you should plan to spend 1–2 half days per week in our office in 46284 Dorsten (NRW).

Aufgaben

You ensure that we extract the valuable content from the flood of information and transform it into contents with which we can work concretely.

• You review webinars, websites, articles, studies, and books in our topic area and keep the most important contents clearly structured.
• You create concise summaries with key messages, examples, and implications for our target group (SMEs).
• You create concrete work plans (bullet points, script outline, posting variants, hook ideas) from research results and maintain these in our tools, so that designers/video production/team can work directly with them.
• You structure and maintain our existing contents (webinars, blog texts, notes, internal documents) in a clear knowledge and content database.
• You develop your own content proposals: article ideas, landing page structures, e-book concepts, webinar outlines, email series, FAQs, etc.
• You support the preparation of presentations, webinars, and lectures by structuring contents, selecting examples, and suggesting meaningful sequences.
• You use KI tools specifically to order contents faster, generate variants, and test ideas – while maintaining content control.
• You work closely with management and our emerging marketing department and bring in your own ideas on how we can better utilize our knowledge.

Qualifikation

⌛️ We require you for approximately 20 hours per week, distributed over several days per week – with the willingness to spend 1–2 half days per week in our office in Dorsten.

• You have already several years of experience in an area where you worked with texts, contents, and research – e.g. editorial, content marketing, communication, consulting or study with a strong writing and analysis component.
• You read quickly, can critically evaluate contents and distinguish the really important points from filler material.
• You can summarize complex contents clearly – without distorting them.
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking and are absolutely sure about spelling and grammar.
• You formulate precisely – from bullet points to formulated text modules.
• You work very structured: folders, tags, meaningful filing, and clear naming are self-evident for you.
• You are confident in handling computers, internet, and office tools (e.g. Google Docs, Notion).
• Experience in using KI tools sensibly for research, structuring, and initial text drafts is a plus.
• You can work independently and set priorities.
• You have interest in topics like teamwork, digitalization in SMEs, processes, leadership – or are willing to intensively familiarize yourself with these topics.

The formal education is secondary. What's more important is that you show that you can really well grasp contents, sort them out, and prepare them for use – work samples are welcome.
