Your tasks that await you at our company: Installing silicon rods into reactors, setting and securing side walls with lifting equipment and torque wrenches. Adjusting, screwing, and checking gas supply and drain lines. Entering and controlling temperature and gas settings on the input panel. Monitoring the automated deposition process as well as gas supply and drainage. Opening reactors after processing, removing finished polysilicon sheets with a deck crane (crane operation performed by a separate employee). Removing and transporting silicon rods with transport wagons. Preparing and monitoring automatic cleaning of reactors, possibly manual re-cleaning with high-pressure cleaner. Alternating work steps at various reactors in the shift operation. What you ideally bring with: Completed technical or vocational training. Handicraft skills and good technical understanding. First experience in production is an advantage. Readiness to work in a 5-shift system. Reliable, meticulous, and team-oriented working style. Good German language skills in writing and speaking.
