In this versatile role, you will be the first point of contact for our stores – and that in a flexible full-time position (40 hours/week).

Aufgaben

Your future tasks:

· Auditing and sending communication materials and merchandise items for our nationwide stores

· Participation in the creation of layouts in collaboration with the corresponding internal departments.

· Requesting offers and communicating with business partners, suppliers, etc.

· Verification of the actions performed (e.g. execution of drive-to-store activities).

· Organization of events and campaigns.

· Post-analysis of the measures taken.

Qualification

You bring:

• Experience in administration or marketing desirable
• Good German language skills – You can express yourself confidently and professionally in German.
• Foreign language skills – You have good English language skills
• Experience with PC programs – You are familiar with MS Office and feel at home in the digital world.
• Friendly and open-mindedness – you work well in a team
• Stress resistance – You keep your cool even in hectic situations and master your tasks with calmness.
• A clean police certificate of good conduct – You have a spotless driving record and always act responsibly.
