Our partner agency Clatum is a growing IT and SAP consulting firm and supports its clients in their digital transformation. A particular focus is on the digitalization of administrative processes in the public sector. To ensure that their internal processes also grow with the company, they are looking for reinforcement for their backoffice with a focus on HR and recruiting.

What awaits you

• You will support recruiting and coordinate our applicant management

• You will take on tasks in active sourcing

• Administrative tasks in daily HR business are also part of your area of responsibility

• You will contribute to the expansion and coordination of our personnel marketing measures

• You will assist in planning and organizing events

• Together with our staffing team, you will research suitable projects and participate in the deployment planning of our consultants

• You will contribute your own ideas to the further development and optimization of our recruiting and staffing processes

Your profile

• Completed training in office management or a comparable commercial apprenticeship

• Experience in human resources or recruiting is an advantage

• Professional experience in an IT company is a plus

• You work independently, are proactive and bring in your own ideas

• You enjoy varied tasks, are open to change, and like to familiarize yourself with new subject areas

• You enjoy working in a team and value a collegial working atmosphere.
