Employee (m/w/d) Production Preparation & Time Management in Medical Technology in Darmstadt (1676)

Your career in production preparation in the product management.

In this position, you will be responsible for operational standards, time management, and process optimization in the production field of medical technology. You will analyze workflows, develop guideline times further, and drive lean methods to increase efficiency systematically forward.

Tasks

• Operational Standards: Maintenance, development, and assurance of uniform methods, time data, and performance standards in production.
• Performance Analysis: Monitoring and evaluation of KPIs to ensure productivity, stability, and efficiency.
• Time Studies & Process Analyses: Conducting REFA analyses, time recordings, and value stream analyses to identify potential for improvement.
• Lean Implementation: Application and further development of lean methods such as 5S, Kaizen, and Kanban to optimize quality, ergonomics, and throughput times.
• Layout & Workplace Design: Planning and optimization of production layouts, standardization, and leveling of processes.
• Time Management: Determining and maintaining guideline times, building and further developing a plan time catalog, and supporting performance evaluations.
• Interface Work: Close cooperation with production, process planning, logistics, and controlling as well as professional consulting on optimization projects.

Qualification

• Qualification: Completed technical training with corresponding further education or a technical degree.
• Time Management: REFA basic training and experience in performance grade evaluation and time determination.
• Method Competence: Fundamentally knowledgeable about lean methods, MTM knowledge advantageous.
• Project Practice: Experience in implementing optimization measures in the production field.
• IT Knowledge: Experience with SAP (R/3 or S/4HANA), ideally AVIX, and very good MS Excel skills.
• Personality: Analytical thinking, structured working style, and high numerical affinity.
• Languages: Good German and English language skills.
