You will analyze markets, competitors, and customer needs, identify relevant developments, and prepare your findings in such a way that they support well-founded decisions in marketing and corporate development. You will combine analytical thinking with technical interest and clear communication.

Your Tasks

· Conducting market, competitor, target group, and customer analyses in the
industrial B2B environment

· Systematic research, evaluation, and analysis of market information,
databases, and customer information

· Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and changing
customer needs

· Evaluation and clear presentation of data, as well as derivation of concrete
action recommendations

· Creation of meaningful market reports, presentations, and decision proposals for
marketing and corporate management

· Utilization of suitable analysis, CRM, and business intelligence tools, as well as
collaboration with internal departments

Your Profile

· Completed commercial apprenticeship or a degree in Marketing,
Business Administration, Market Research, Communication, or a comparable
field of study

· Initial professional experience in market research, market analysis, competitive analysis, or analytical marketing is desirable, for example as a Market Research Specialist
(m/f/d), Marketing Analyst (m/f/d), Market Researcher (m/f/d), or Marketing Officer
(m/f/d)

· Technical understanding and interest in complex products in the
industrial B2B environment, ideally in the fittings industry, process engineering, or
mechanical and plant engineering

· Basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative market research methods, as well as
enjoyment of researching and interpreting market and customer data

· Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of CRM,
analysis, or BI tools is an advantage

· Structured, careful, and independent working style, pronounced
numerical understanding and analytical thinking skills

· Strong communication skills, presentation skills, team spirit, and the ability to present complex
findings clearly

· Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills are an advantage

Additional Skills are Advantageous

Experience with market and competitive databases, digital marketing channels, web analytics or performance marketing, as well as with Power BI, Google Analytics 4 (GA4) or comparable tools.
