Marketing / Corporate Communication Employee (m/w/d) - Part-time/Full-time

The ODAV AG, a innovative technology partner of the crafts industry, has been supporting craft businesses and their organizations with high-quality software solutions and IT services for over 50 years.

Tasks

• Coordination of various marketing and sales tasks in the team and with colleagues
• Main point of contact and interface for all business fields of the company regarding internal and external communication measures
• Care and optimization of our internal (e.g. SharePoint) and external (website & social media) online channels
• Organization and implementation of internal (e.g. team events, summer festival, Christmas party) and external (e.g. trade fairs / conferences) events
• Creation and design of digital (newsletters & presentations) and print media (e.g. flyers & brochures)

Qualification

• Degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, media or communication – alternatively an equivalent education – and 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva, CMS systems, and MS Office
• Structured, self-reliant working style and enthusiasm for teamwork
• Creativity and an eye for editorial and visual content as well as enthusiasm to implement own ideas
• Experience in organizing events and willingness to travel (approx. 10%)
