Employee Marketing and Communication (m/w/d)

You are a marketing all-rounder with a trained eye for aesthetics, layout, typography, and a secure understanding of modern design trends and visual storytelling? Then we're looking exactly for you to further develop and implement our marketing and communication measures (online and offline).

Aufgaben

Internal & External Communication

• Redaction and creation of internal communications media, such as employee newspaper, anniversary certificates, and presentations
• Planning and implementation of PR and media work

Online & Digital

• Maintenance and monitoring of company profiles on Google and Trustpilot
• Analysis of reviews and development and implementation of strategies for sustainable rating improvement
• Concept, design, editorial maintenance of the company website
• Development and implementation of social media strategies including content planning, creation, and publication of posts

Employer Branding

• Care and further development of employer portals and recruitment platforms
• Strengthening the employer brand through targeted communication measures

Print & Corporate Publishing

• Concept and creation of print materials (e.g. brochures, flyers, internal media)
• Development and preparation of internal training and information materials

Sales Support & Campaigns

• Organization and accompaniment of trade fairs (currently around 1-5 per year)
• Planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing campaigns, e.g. trade fair campaigns or direct marketing actions
• Tight cooperation with sales and other specialist departments

Qualification

• Degree or vocational training (preferably with a focus on marketing or media design) and experience in the above tasks
• You convince with a secure sense of target-group-oriented communication
• You think creatively, act solution-oriented, work structured, and keep an overview even with high thematic diversity
• You possess good IT knowledge and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud programs (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and MS Office
• Knowledge of HTML and CSS is desirable
• A self-reliant, reliable, and meticulous work style as well as high team fitness and great communication strength characterize you
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking as well as good English language skills round out your profile
