Marketing & Product Management Employee (m/w/d)

We at Höhenrainer Delikatessen GmbH are a family-owned company that produces high-quality sausage and meat products from poultry meat and distributes them nationwide.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in full-time employment who combines product management, packaging, and marketing and accompanies projects from idea to implementation.

Tasks

• Planning, implementation, and control of various projects in the product management/PM field
• Product development: planning, controlling, and coordinating projects
• Interface tasks between development, production, sales, customers, and suppliers
• Maintenance and control of master data as well as creation of customer-specific specifications
• Coordination and selection of product samples for customers
• Organization and participation in product & competitor tastings
• Representation of the Product Management leadership
• Participation and implementation of strategies and concepts
• Monitoring and compliance with corporate identity and corporate design
• Online marketing & care of social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Design of flyers, action sheets, product sheets, and advertisements
• Photography & image editing via Photoshop
• Management and design of company websites
• Coordination of cooperation with external agencies

Qualification

• Structured, self-reliant, and responsible work style
• Organizational strength and experience in project and interface management
• Communication skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external contact persons
• Affinity to food, product development, packaging or marketing is advantageous
• Safe handling of common programs, e.g.: Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, WordPress
• Teamwork ability, reliability, and a high quality- and brand-consciousness
