Marketing & Communication Employee (m/w/d) (Part-time 20 hours/week)

VLITEX develops and markets innovative battery protection solutions for lithium-ion batteries and vehicles. Our products are used by fire departments, industrial companies, car dealerships, towing companies, parking garage operators, and deep garage operators.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Marketing & Communication Employee (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• Creation, maintenance, and updating of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, data sheets, user manuals, presentations, and product information
• Implementation of existing marketing concepts and layout guidelines
• Creation, editing, and preparation of product images, application photos, and graphics
• Maintenance and further development of our image and media database
• Provision and management of marketing materials for internal and external target groups
• Supporting our sales activities by creating, updating, and providing sales-supportive documents
• Main point of contact for dealers and partners regarding questions about marketing materials, product information, and advertising media
• Coordination and dispatch of marketing materials to dealers and partners
• Maintenance of product information and marketing content in various systems and documents
• Supporting preparations for trade fairs, product launches, and marketing projects
• Ensuring a uniform brand appearance across all communication channels

Qualification

• Completed education or degree in the field of marketing, media design, communication, or a comparable qualification
• Experience in creating and designing marketing and product materials
• Familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop or similar programs like Canva
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint
• Structured, meticulous, and self-reliant working style
• Organizational skills and pleasure in reliably implementing projects
• Affinity for technical products and explanations
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Teamwork ability and a service-oriented mindset when dealing with sales partners and colleagues
