Employee / Manager (w|m|d) Internal Quality Assurance (Report Review) – Full-time or Part-time

The Association of Saxon Housing Cooperatives e. V. (VSWG) is the statutory auditing association as well as the specialist and interest association for Saxon housing cooperatives. The VSWG supports its member cooperatives in the areas of auditing, consulting, further education, and interest representation.

With Accuracy for Audited Quality

As an Employee / Manager (w/m/d), you will take on an important role in the internal order-related quality assurance of auditing. Accuracy, structure, and professional depth characterize your daily work. Your activity includes in particular the formal and substantive review of reports:

• You check audit reports for numerical consistency, substantive plausibility, and linguistic correctness, taking into account internal quality standards and deadlines.

• You ensure the formal and professional correctness as well as the completeness of the reports.

• You check tables and texts for arithmetical and orthographic correctness.

• You identify indications of possible accounting errors and pass them on accordingly.

• You maintain report files, prepare them, and take over the final processing.

In addition, you will participate in the further development, enforcement, and monitoring of the internal quality assurance system existing according to § 55b WPO.

Professional Know-how Meets Meticulous Work

For report auditing and report review, you bring a good understanding of numbers and relationships. A structured and precise way of working forms the basis for your activity.

• Experience in conducting financial audits

• Sound knowledge of accounting

• Ideally, industry knowledge in the real estate sector

• Good understanding of financial accounting and tax relationships

• Structured, meticulous, and reliable way of working

• High degree of discretion and trustworthiness

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as common video conferencing tools
