Warehouse Logistics & Administration (m/w/d) Pharmaceutical Warehouse

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged employee (m/w/d) for our pharmaceutical warehouse at the earliest possible time. The job includes both operational warehouse tasks as well as administrative tasks and offers a varied work environment.

Aufgaben

Your Tasks

Warehouse Logistics (ca. 60 %)

• Receipt and control of deliveries
• In- and out-of-store pharmaceutical products
• Packaging and commissioning of goods
• Conducting inventory checks and inventories
• Control of batches, expiration dates, and labeling
• Preliminary preparation and processing of outgoing shipments
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse area
• Compliance with applicable quality and safety regulations
• Delivery tours by car

Administration (ca. 40 %)

• Preparation and processing of delivery notes and dispatch documents
• Maintenance of master data and bookings in the warehouse management or ERP system
• Documented and filed according to quality requirements
• Support for inventory evaluations and inventories
• Communication with internal departments such as procurement, sales, and quality management
• Processing administrative tasks in daily business

Qualification

• Completed training in the field of logistics, warehouse, trade or office organization is advantageous
• Professional experience in the warehouse or logistics sector is desirable
• Familiarity with MS Office and ideally ERP systems
• Self-reliant, structured and meticulous work style
• High reliability and team spirit
• Physical stamina and willingness to participate in the warehouse
• A valid driver's license for class B vehicles
• The safe operation of vehicles with manual transmission (hand shift) is a mandatory requirement
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector or with quality requirements is advantageous
