Employee Customer Service / Scheduling at Autohaus (m/w/d) at Berlin-Spandau Location

In our service center, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You take inquiries by phone and online, coordinate workshop appointments, and ensure that our customers feel well taken care of from the start.

Autohaus Wegener has been standing for reliable services around cars for over 30 years. With around 160 employees, several locations in Berlin and its surroundings, and the brands Nissan, Suzuki, MG, and Peugeot, we are a grown family-owned company with a long-term perspective. Tasks

• You will be one of the first points of contact for our customers by phone and online.
• You take customer inquiries in a friendly, binding, and professional manner.
• You coordinate and schedule workshop appointments for all our locations in our service center at Berlin-Spandau location.
• You ensure that customer requests are correctly received and reliably forwarded through clear communication.
• You support our service teams in planning schedules sensibly and loading the workshops well.
• You contribute to a positive customer experience with your structured work approach.

Qualification

• You communicate gladly with people and appear friendly, binding, and professional.
• You have secure German language skills in writing and speaking, ideally at the C1 level or higher.
• You work structured and keep an overview even when dealing with multiple inquiries.
• You are reliable, service-oriented, and enjoy clear processes.
• Ideal candidates already bring experience from the autohouse, customer service, reception, scheduling, or a comparable service-oriented activity.
• You have a desire to get to know our locations, workflows, and customers better.
• Cross-industry entrants with strong communication skills and service orientation are warmly welcome.
