Your mission to our success story HASOMED:

As an Employee Customer Service & Support (m/w/d), you're the first point of contact for our customers when it comes to issues with hardware and software. You're not just a problem solver but also a process optimizer who works with departments and customers to develop efficient solutions.

• Supporting our customers in resolving technical issues with hardware and software.
• Analyzing and eliminating errors in collaboration with customers and internal departments.
• Ensuring the trouble-free functionality of our software through proactive remote maintenance.
• Documented your activities to optimize our support processes.

This sets you apart:

• High customer- and service-orientedness.
• Ideal experience in technical support or customer care.
• Fast comprehension and joy in analytical thinking.
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• You're also welcome as a medical assistant, practice organizer, or with experiences in the medical field! Your knowledge from practice helps us better support our customers.
