Tasks

Your tasks in our team:

• Advise and support our customers friendly and solution-oriented – by phone, email, or chat.
• Answer inquiries and find the right solution for each need.
• Care for existing customers, utilize cross- and upselling potential, and reactivate previous contacts.
• Maintain all information clean in the system and work closely with colleagues from other departments – for a smooth workflow.

Qualification

You bring:

• You have experience and fun interacting with people – including customer advisors (e.g., from retail) are welcome
• Communication strength, customer orientation, and organizational talent
• Technical interest and quick comprehension
