The maxit west GmbH with its headquarters in Merdingen is a company of the maxit Group and specializes in the production and distribution of high-quality building materials. Our core business lies in the construction materials industry – for this, we develop and produce innovative products. In four branch offices with centrally located production facilities and efficient warehousing, around 300 employees ensure timely delivery of maxit products. We are looking for an employee immediately at our location in Merdingen to work in our customer service department. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, processing orders, and providing information on our products. You will also support the sales team with product knowledge and provide input for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in customer service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
