Our customer is a globally operating automotive supplier. Therefore, we are looking for an employee (m/w/d) in customer service. Your tasks: receipt, recording, and monitoring of customer orders and delivery settings
Koordinierung der Kundenbedarfen für den Fertigungsbereich unter Berücksichtigung einer wirtschaftlichen Fertigung
Schnittstelle für die Kunden bei Fragen zu aktuellen Projekten
Planung, Terminierung und Überwachung von Fertigungsplänen und Maschinenbelegungen
Erzeugung und Bearbeitung von Fertigungsaufträgen
Aufbau, Pflege und Analyse von Statistiken und Datenbanken
Your qualification: completed studies in the field of economics or industry
Relevant work experience in the area of disposition in a production environment of a company
Handling ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office
Due to the internationality of our customer, very good German and English language skills are required, French language skills are desirable
