Tasks

Your Tasks

Processing our email inboxes.

Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Forwarding inquiries to the responsible departments.

Managing our social media channels.

Planning and creating social media content.

Planning and implementing marketing campaigns.

Developing ideas for promotions and advertising.

Searching for suitable events, trade fairs, and occasions.

Registering, booking, and organizing events.

Planning personnel, materials, and schedule for events.

Participating in events, sometimes on weekends.

Supporting communication related to sales, workshop, and our services.

Qualification

Your Profile

Experience in marketing is particularly important to us.

Experience with social media.

Enjoyment of direct customer contact.

Good communication skills over the phone and in writing.

Confident and friendly demeanor.

Independent and structured way of working.

Organizational talent.

Willingness to work on weekends if necessary.

Interest in bicycles and e-bikes.

Basic knowledge of bicycles is an advantage, but deep technical knowledge is not required.
