Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) Full-Time/Part-Time

The Geiger Edelmetalle AG is one of the leading precious metal trading companies in Germany. In addition to the production and trade of precious metals in the form of coins and bars, our specialty includes the sale of precious metal savings plans and storage services.

To strengthen our customer service for precious metal savings plans and storage services at our location in Rötha (near Leipzig), we are looking for several customer service representatives (m/w/d) in full-time/part-time positions.

Tasks

• Telephone support for customers and our sales partners regarding all questions about the purchase of precious metals, precious metal savings plans, and related services
• Data collection and processing of contracts and orders, preparation of invoices, processing of delivery requests, handling of standardized correspondence

Qualification

• Vocational training in commerce or comparable relevant work experience preferably in the context of a bank/financial services provider
• Experience in customer service or lateral entrant with communication talent
• Familiarity with PC and software applications (Office products, ERP system)
• Reliable and competent teamwork
• Pleasure and the required empathy when dealing with customers
• High self-initiative, independence, and resilience
• Excellent knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking
• Clean police record and credit report
