Customer Service & E-Commerce Employee (m/f/d) - 100% Remote

To ensure this continues, we are looking for someone to take over our back office: the person who connects all the threads. You will answer customer inquiries via email, manage orders with our fulfillment service providers and suppliers, and ensure that everything runs smoothly every day.

The position is 100% remote, so you can work from anywhere in Germany.

Tasks

• Managing our central support inbox and responding to customer inquiries via email

• Consulting on products, delivery times, availability, and order status

• Forwarding and tracking orders with our fulfillment service providers

• Checking orders and open cases

• Processing returns, complaints, and warranty claims in cooperation with the manufacturers

• Creating quotes and processing inquiries from the shop

• Managing our marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and customer inquiries there

• Maintaining order and customer data in our systems

• Covering our telephone hotline when colleagues are on vacation or sick

In short: You will keep daily operations running and ensure that no inquiry or order is left behind.

Qualification

What is most important to us is how you work and how you interact with people.

You will be a good fit for us if you:

• work in a structured and reliable manner and bring processes to a clean conclusion

• communicate in writing in a clear, friendly, and understandable manner

• maintain an overview, even when many processes are running in parallel

• work independently without someone constantly looking over your shoulder

• have no problem picking up the phone when needed

• bring the motivation to familiarize yourself with technical topics

Experience in e-commerce, order processing, customer service, or marketplace business (e.g., Amazon or eBay) is an advantage, but not a prerequisite.

Interest in photovoltaics or electrical engineering is also helpful, but not a must. We will teach you the technical knowledge.

Framework conditions:
