Tasks

• Processing and decision-making on customer complaints, including the creation, control, and follow-up of 8D reports
• Coordination, implementation, and sustainable tracking of corrective actions in close coordination with internal departments
• Planning and coordination of service deployments, repairs, and replacement deliveries
• Proactive customer communication at quality-relevant events
• Audit support for customers
• Gathering, analyzing, and reporting relevant quality key figures
• Participation in the continuous improvement of quality processes and standards

Qualification

• Completed technical training with further education as a technician/master, a technical degree or equivalent qualification
• Multiple years of relevant work experience in quality management or complaint handling desired
• Knowledge in the field of hydraulics or mechanical engineering is advantageous
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style
• High initiative and sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Determination and team and conflict resolution skills
• Fluent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
