Aufgaben

Your Tasks

• Telephone and written communication with our customers

• Scheduling and coordination of appointments for the technical field service

• Processing of schedule changes and last-minute adjustments

• Support in capacity and deployment planning

• Point of contact for incoming inquiries from customers and field service technicians

• Maintenance and documentation of appointments and information in our systems

• Closely working together with the internal department, deployment planning, and our technical experts in the field

Qualification

You bring this with you

• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor on the phone

• Organizational skills and a structured work style

• Reliability, teamwork, and stress tolerance

• Safe handling of PC, email, and common office applications

• Experience in customer service, scheduling, disposition, or internal department is an advantage but not necessarily required
