Customer Service Representative & Dispatch Coordinator (m/w/d) - Part-time 20-30 hours/week

Your Tasks

We are looking for an organized and communication-strong personality to strengthen our team in customer service and dispatch coordination.

You enjoy talking on the phone, keep your overview even with high workload, and have fun coordinating schedules and processes? Then we look forward to your application.

Your tasks in detail:

• Phone and written customer support,
• Processing of customer requests, complaints, and grievances,
• Dispatch coordination and control of our technicians,
• Fast solution finding for schedule changes and disruptions,
• Maintenance and documentation of orders and customer data,
• Tight cooperation with customers, external services, and internal departments.

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support,
• Ideal candidate has experience in a craft business, technical service company, or service provider,
• You enjoy talking on the phone and have no hesitation to actively contact customers,
• Friendly demeanor, communication strength, and high level of service orientation,
• Organizational talent and structured work style,
• Experience in scheduling, tour planning or dispatch coordination is an advantage,
• Good knowledge of MS Office / Microsoft 365.
