Tasks

• You look forward to being the first point of contact for our customers' concerns
• In this context, you process and calculate incoming customer orders until implementation (final processing)
• You also take active contact with our customers to arrange appointments for our consultants
• Telephone, mail, chat, screen sharing, etc. are your daily communication channels
• You live up to our high service standards
• Sensor recognition of customer needs and addressing suitable products
