Customer Survey Employee (m/w/d)

On behalf of our client, a renowned European retail company from the consumer goods industry with approximately 370 stores, we are looking for you as: Customer Survey Employee part-time 20 – 30 hours per week Your tasks: After thorough familiarization, you will travel independently 9 to 12 full days per month (every 3 to 4 days in a row) to our branches in Germany In personal conversations, you will record the wishes and opinions of our customers The follow-up interviews will take place via phone or video conference You will also be responsible for: Conducting customer surveys on site, using standardized questionnaires and recording the results Maintaining confidentiality regarding all information obtained during the survey Processing and analyzing the data collected, including statistical evaluation and reporting Your qualifications: Completed education in a relevant field (e.g. marketing, sociology) 1-2 years of experience in market research or a related field Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly The working hours are flexible, but you should be available for the survey trips on weekdays Your compensation: You will receive a competitive hourly rate and a bonus for each completed survey trip
