To strengthen their Key Account and Project Management team, Jenny Raebel is looking for you as

Employee Customer and Project Management (m/w/d/x)

unlimited, full-time from now on at the Magdeburg location.

Tasks

You bring structure to complex projects and ensure that standards, processes, and information are always clear and reliable. In the Project Management Office (PMO), you form the organizational basis for efficient project management and support our teams in implementing projects successfully, transparently, and goal-oriented.

Your task area:

• Maintain our project management standards, processes, and templates
• Creation of project status reports, evaluations, and management reportings
• Supporting project leaders in planning, controlling, and steering
• Coordination of dates, tasks, and resources
• Preliminary preparation, moderation, and follow-up of project meetings and workshops
• Ensuring professional documentation and tracking open measures
• Analysis, processing, and structuring data for decision-making support

Qualification

You bring with:

• A completed vocational training, ideally in the commercial sector
• Professional experience in project management
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Structured, analytical, and independent working style
• Teamwork, reliability, and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to get involved in energy industry topics
