Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/x) – Parental Leave Replacement

Your Mission

To support our Finance team, we are looking for a dedicated parental leave replacement in Accounts Payable. In this role, you will be responsible for the proper recording and processing of incoming invoices and ensure a smooth workflow of our accounting processes.

Your Responsibilities

• Checking, coding, and booking of incoming invoices
• Processing the digital invoice workflow
• Maintenance and reconciliation of supplier accounts
• Checking and recording of travel expense reports
• Support with payment runs and processing of open items
• Clarification of invoice discrepancies in close cooperation with internal departments and external suppliers
• Support with monthly and annual closing activities in Accounts Payable
• Ensuring proper documentation and compliance with internal processes

Your Profile

• Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on accounting or finance
• Initial professional experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting
• Good knowledge of processing and booking incoming invoices
• Sound fundamental understanding of accounting relationships
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Proficient in common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Good German and solid English skills, both written and spoken
