Employee Power Plant Operations / Shift Supervisor for the Waste Heat Power Plant (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Coordination and monitoring of the operation of the boiler units
• Carrying out rounds including control, maintenance, and prompt fault clearance
• Coordinating with maintenance and accompanying and controlling external companies
• Implementing predetermined boiler operating programs in normal operation
• Safely releasing equipment and aggregates for maintenance and repair work
• Monitoring central plant parameters and documentation
• Supporting emergency measures and operational safety guidelines
• Participating in continuous improvement processes in power plant operations

Qualification

• Completed technical training (e.g. electronics technician, industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer)
• Ideal qualification as a power plant operator (but not a must-have)
• Willingness to work in shift operation
• Experience in operating energy-, power plant- or industrial facilities is advantageous
• Techincal understanding of measurement, control and regulation technology
• Reliable and safety-conscious working method
• Teamwork ability and good communication skills
