IT Support & Infrastructure Employee (m/f/d)

Ecotech IT Solutions, a company of the WEISS Group, is an international IT and software service provider and thus a technology partner for companies. We support our customers throughout the entire lifecycle of a solution, from strategy to implementation and ongoing support.

We are looking for support for the smooth IT operation of our customer at the Kirchheim (Munich) site.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring fast and professional IT support for employees with disruptions, service requests, and workplace changes

• Guaranteeing the operational readiness of end devices, peripheral devices, and the local IT infrastructure

• Processing and tracking of IT tickets, including user communication and escalation management

• Maintenance and management of IT assets, inventory, warranty, and lifecycle data

• Support for global IT teams with infrastructure measures and on-site technical activities

• Adherence to security guidelines, standards, and defined processes to ensure high service quality

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in an IT field with relevant professional experience

• Experience in IT support and in the management of IT infrastructures

• Basic knowledge in the areas of LAN/WLAN, network technology, and error analysis

• Knowledge in supporting Windows workstations, Microsoft 365, printers, and peripheral devices

• Independent, structured, and service-oriented way of working

• Strong communication skills and professional collaboration with users, service providers, and international IT teams

• Good command of English, both spoken and written
