INTERSPA Deutschland Betreiber-GmbH organizes and controls all central functions and also leads the development, planning and construction of new leisure projects of the group.

At our Stuttgart location, we are looking for an engaged go-getter personality as soon as possible as

IT Support / First Level Support Employee (m/f/d)

Tasks

• First point of contact for IT inquiries from our employees (First Level Support)
• Support with problems related to Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive etc.)
• Setting up and configuring hardware (notebooks, PCs, smartphones, printers)
• User administration and support with access
• Analysis and resolution of simple technical problems
• Documentation of support cases in the ticket system
• Support for IT rollouts and smaller projects

Qualification

• Interest in IT and technology
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 is an advantage
• Joy in helping other people
• Structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Good German language skills
• Teamwork and communication skills
