Aufgaben

• Second and Third Level Support in central IT: You take on demanding technical inquiries and ensure quick, competent, and sustainable solutions.
• Analyzing and processing complex IT problems: You accompany users step by step until the successful solution is achieved.
• Administering internal server systems, Active Directory, and applications within a virtualized IT infrastructure. This enables smooth processes in all departments.
• Automating processes using PowerShell scripting to optimize recurring tasks and increase efficiency in the company.
• Supporting the planning and implementation of IT projects throughout the company. You actively contribute to the development and modernization of the IT landscape.
• Maintaining the company-wide network, installing, maintaining, and configuring the installed IT hardware. Additionally, you test new components before rollout.
• Service-oriented communication on an equal footing with all departments within the Van Mossel Automotive Group.
• Efficient structuring of tasks even at high inquiry volumes, focusing on quality and solution-oriented approach.
• Documented solutions and recurring error patterns for a transparent knowledge base and faster processing of future inquiries.

Qualifikation

• You bring professional experience in system administration or IT support.
• You have knowledge of Windows Server systems, Active Directory, and ideally PowerShell scripting.
• You work structured, responsibly, and maintain an overview even with many parallel inquiries.
• You possess a good technical understanding and the ability to explain complex matters clearly.
• You act solution-oriented, think with you, and bring your own ideas for optimizing the IT environment.
• You are confident in handling ticket systems and document results carefully.
• You are team-oriented, open to new technologies, and enjoy actively developing a modern IT environment.
