A current position for an IT Service Desk Employee (m/w/d) is being sought at the Stuttgart location for internal IT infrastructure.

Tasks

• Responsibility for defect management within IT projects
• Support with internal system inquiries
• Counseling users on technical questions
• Monitoring of IT systems to recognize disturbances early on
• Analyzing technical problems in the areas of software, hardware, and networks
• Maintaining knowledge databases, handbooks, and FAQ documents
• Administration of new and existing hardware

Qualification

• Completed education in the IT field (e.g., as a computer scientist) or equivalent qualification
• First experience in IT support, helpdesk, or service desk
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, MS Office, network technologies, and ideally with ITSM tools
• A high level of customer- and service-orientedness as well as team ability
• A structured, solution-oriented work style
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
