For 125 years, expert Brumberg has been at home in Menden's neighborhood and firmly rooted in the region. On 2,000 square meters, we offer our customers everything related to household and entertainment electronics, from dishwashers to game consoles. This is what you will do

• You are the first point of contact for our customers in service cases and significantly contribute to customer satisfaction with skill and tact

• You ensure the smooth and customer-friendly process for repairs, exchanges, or replacements, and order processing

• You are responsible for accepting services and complaints

• You monitor the ordering of goods and spare parts

• You issue goods and coordinate shipping

• Completed vocational training in retail – but we also welcome career changers from other service-oriented industries such as hotels or gastronomy

• Reliable and self-reliant work

• Well-groomed, confident demeanor

• Experience in complaint management is an advantage

• Confident use of IT systems

• Strong customer orientation as well as the ability to listen actively and interact with customers professionally and empathetically

• Good organizational and communication skills (interface function between customers and service points)
