Integration Support Employee (m/f/d)

Permanent Position | Full-time | Hybrid | remote | Pulsnitz

In this position, you are the central contact person for our customers for the technical integration of our solutions – you test shop modules, provide support with interface questions, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Tasks

• You process customer inquiries in first and second-level support and ensure a quick and competent solution to technical challenges
• You support our customers in the configuration and integration of our software solutions
• You create integration guides for our customers and keep them up-to-date
• You take over technical support, error management and test our shop modules
• You work closely with our development teams and product management to implement individual customer solutions
• You perform error monitoring, analyze the results and contribute to targeted error localization

Qualifications

• You have solid basic IT knowledge and can read and apply APIs
• You have initial experience with database systems and can perform simple SQL queries
• You are familiar with tools like Postman and ideally have already worked with Kibana and Graylog
• You are a team player and enjoy working in a solution-oriented and service-oriented manner for and with customers
• You work in a structured, self-responsible and solution-oriented manner in a team and with customers
• You have very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
