To strengthen our team at our location in Storkow, we are looking for an Employee in Quality Assurance/Product Control (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Our production site in Storkow is a vibrant hub of our activities. The facility is considered a prime example of innovative poultry production. In Storkow, expertise and advanced technology are combined to produce a variety of fresh and high-quality chicken products every day. We supply our products under our own brands Friki, FairMast, and Stolle to the food retail sector throughout Germany. In addition, we produce a large portion of our products for exclusive brands of our retail partners.

Your tasks:

• Carrying out quality controls along the entire production process (delivery, slaughtering, cutting, packaging)

• Monitoring and documenting compliance with internal quality guidelines and legal requirements

  (HACCP, LMHV, Regulation (EC) 853/2004 etc.)

• Conducting hygiene controls and rapid microbiological tests

• Checking process parameters and product characteristics (e.g., temperature, sensory evaluation etc.)

• Creating and maintaining quality-related documentation and test reports

• Reporting and tracking deviations, and initiating immediate measures

• Assisting with audits and certification measures (IFS, QS, BIO, Animal Welfare Label)

• Training and raising awareness among employees in the areas of hygiene and quality

These qualifications you should bring:

• Completed vocational training in the food sector, e.g., Food Technology Specialist, Butcher, Animal Breeder, Food Inspector, or comparable qualification

• Ideally, professional experience in poultry processing or the meat industry

• Knowledge of relevant food and hygiene regulations

• Confident handling of documentation and testing methods

• Sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and a trained eye for detail

• Willingness to work in early/late shifts

• Teamwork and communication skills
