To strengthen our team at our location in Brenz, we are looking for a Quality Assurance / Product Control Employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

At Plukon Brenz GmbH, we process poultry into a wide variety of products with great passion and precision. Chicken products are currently particularly trendy. We deliver our popular poultry articles fresh or frozen to leading partners in both the German food retail sector and the foodservice sector.

Your tasks:

• Support for the quality management in the implementation of quality goals and quality policy within the company

• Implementation of error prevention measures within the company

• Ongoing review of production processes as well as intermediate and final products with regard to prescribed target values

• Monitoring of all departments regarding compliance with hygiene guidelines

These qualifications you should bring:

• Qualification in food technology desirable, or a related training, or comparable aptitude

• Initial professional experience in the food industry desirable

• Good command of MS Office applications

• Willingness to work shifts

• Team spirit, reliability, and flexibility

• High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
